Capoeira frolics

Last night there was a capoeira show in the hostel bar, and after the show they started dragging people in to join in and have a go...I was the 2nd dragee, and it was really good fun!! I loved the music they play for it too, really tribal and the singing is awesome, gets you going. I love the culture of this place - the happy, genuine people, the latin/Brazilian music, the dancing... afterwards Sal and Jess went out to the Favela Funk party, and I went out with Hazel, Barbara-Anne, the Americans and a couple of others.Need to try and find a travel adaptor for my (singaporean) camera charger, cos it finally died last night - argh!!! I REALLY dont want to be without it for Ilha Grande, as Ive seen some photos someone else took and it looks very beautiful.
Just had the best shower Ive had in this place - it was actually not cold - and thinking of heading up for breakfast now then nipping out quick to look for an adaptor. ¶ 5:21 AM

What can I tell YOU? went to work,England squad did it again,Scotland's new manager says he'll have a team ready for Euro 2008 YEY...My money's on France....we have CURTAINS-AND cushions(really needed to know THAT, eh?)It was 28 o (there's no degrees symbol....) yesterday and feels like more today.Not workin so takin ma swimsuit and book down to the Kerrera slip later,might even have to get SUNSCREEN!!!! Oh yeah-couple came in the shop yesterday, girl had the most STUNNING hair,long,wavey and all shades of golds and pinks-never seen anything like it-so told her,saw Susan pulling a face,asked her what,she said That girl's RUINED her hair, which was GORGEOUS and dark this am, she came in for something to strip the colour outa it, and she's that girl Davey was seein--Kitty!!!!well I LOVED it.

PPS just been flickin through it again and amused that there's "no comments" on your entry about the headstuff....How are you finding the time/space, or is it just happening? Stay with it-it's all good.....MUMMY HOW do I get my fuckin name on these???
